CONCERT WEEK DETAILS

  • First dress rehearsal: 7 p.m., Monday, May 10, at Laurel Presbyterian.

  • Second dress rehearsal: Thursday, May 13, at our concert venue, the Lutheran Church of St. Andrew, 15300 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring (map)
    • Set-up Crew: please arrive at 5:30 to bring up risers from the basement and set them up.
    • Everyone else: please be on the risers and ready to sing at 6:30 p.m.
    • If you took tickets to sell, please turn in the money for them, or the unsold tickets, to Evelyn.
    • Concert dress is not required. Do wear comfortable shoes with good ankle support, as you will be spending a lot of time on your feet. Dress in layers, if you can, because it could be warm under the lights.
    • We will probably need all of our rehearsal time, until 10, but it will not be necessary to break down the risers.

  • CONCERT: Saturday, May 15, 8 p.m.
    • Please be on the risers ready to warm up at 7:00 p.m. There will be a room in which to lock up coats and purses.
    • Concert dress, obviously.
    • Concert should end around 10:30. Set-up Crew: take down risers and remove chairs immediately thereafter.
